To ensure freshness all of our meat products are delivered fresh daily. Specialty meats as well as game meats can be ordered and picked up the following day. When it comes to poultry Bell & Evans™ is the superior supplier. We carry their chicken breasts which are cut on premises as well as whole chickens and various frozen Bell & Evans™ products (including gluten-free) We offer only Hatfield™ pork products featuring their pork loins and tenderloins and we use their select pork butts to make our homemade sausage. Our Italian sausage originated in Sicily and is made from a recipe that has been in our family for generations. It is always made fresh on our premises using only the finest ingredients from the pork to the wild fennel we have flown in from Sicily.
